The most shocking part of this article, and what would likely be shocking to McLuhan, is the fact that “soon television will be feeling what newspapers are facing.” Growing up in an age where television, film, reality tv, and catching American Idol every week was a part of growing up. Also I recently went to Burger-Fi and noticed that the iPads take orders rather than people, also read that McDonalds is considering going in the same direction in an effort to cut costs!
