Amanda Zamora

Amanda began her journalism career with a bachelor’s degree from UT in Austin. While in school she was not only a member of various honor societies but also a member of the Texas Students Publication Board. From the beginning it seems that she was deeply involved in so many aspects, which helps build connections, something I have increasingly been understanding the importance of. While in college Amanda interned for local publications such as the Austin- American Statesman, however upon graduation she made the switch to the Washington Post. By 2005 (3 years later) she had earned the titles of senior editor and world editor. Amanda has some pretty incredible experiences and experience within many different publications.
