I read a great article about the announcement of the latest iPhone. It has the absence of an audio jack. That is arrogance and corporate greed at its finest. It completely nullifies all expensive headphone units in favor of Apple’s own proprietary wireless earbuds. It also cuts off all vendors from doing business via Square Pay. This is a staple for vendors selling merchandise at a concert or festival. Apple has the audacity to call the act of removing the audio jack “courage.” I think courage must have transformed into a hybrid new-millennial watered down version of a word, like how society passively uses literally incorrectly. I’ll remain content with my less-expensive Android phone, with its non-courageous audio jack that I’m able to enjoy my $150.00 Bose headphones on. Read the article here.
