The Behavioral Component to Futurism

“Ideas, not technology, have driven the biggest historical changes.”

Tom Vanderbilt explains that even though we feel that it has been technology that has “changed” our lives, these inventions have been in use for long (just in a different form). He argues that ideas, not technology, have lead to a changes in our behavior which makes us feel futuristic….I can’t explain it as well as he does so just read the article!
