Complaints about the new MacBook Pro’s lack of ports sparks Apple to reduce prices for peripheral adapters. They hope the price reduction will help to ease users still relying on “legacy connectors.”

With the new MacBook sporting only a headphone jack and two USB-C ports, users are required to buy adapters and cables to connect nearly every peripheral–iphone chargers, USD cards and USB flash drives. Though a price reduction provides some financial relief for MacBook Pro users, the annoyance of keeping up with so many cables might prove to be a major “turn-off” for interested buyers.
